CANCELLATION POLICY - All deposits are nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact me to arrange a new appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time. Your deposit will be credited toward your rescheduled appointment. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. - No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% and must satisfy the cancellation fee before booking a new appointment. - Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more will be charged a $15 fee. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and the full balance will be due. - Appointments not listed on the website will incur an additional fee. - For fill in eyelash extension appointments; an inconvenience fee will be applied and or cancellation if you do not meet the fill in requirements as listed under fill in services. - Masks are required for all services due to health considerations. If you exhibit cold, sinus, or flu symptoms, or have been around someone with such symptoms, please cancel your appointment. Services will be stopped if symptoms are present, and full payment will be required. - Please come prepared with your own mask, as masks may not be available for clients.
