CANCELLATION POLICY - All deposits are nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact me to arrange a new appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time. Your deposit will be credited toward your rescheduled appointment. Remaining balances due in CASH ONLY. All card transactions and or buy now pay later will be subject to a transaction fee! - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. - No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% and must satisfy the cancellation fee before booking a new appointment. - Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more will be charged a $15 fee. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and the full balance will be due. - Appointments not listed on the website will incur an additional fee. - For fill in eyelash extension appointments; an inconvenience fee will be applied and or cancellation if you do not meet the fill in requirements as listed under fill in services. - Masks are required for all services due to health considerations. If you exhibit cold, sinus, or flu symptoms, or have been around someone with such symptoms, please cancel your appointment. Services will be stopped if symptoms are present, and full payment will be required. - Please come prepared with your own mask, as masks may not be available for clients. We can adjust the saturation to be soft or heavy depending on your preferences. Are you a good candidate? Unfortunately, you are NOT a good candidate for permanent brows if any of the following currently apply: ❌ Under the age of 18 ❌ Pregnant & Breastfeeding ❌ Blood disorders (ex. Hemophilia, leukemia, HIV/AIDS) (risk of excessive bleeding or infection) ❌ Autoimmune Disease if untreated or unstable ❌ General poor health or slow healing ❌ Currently undergoing chemotherapy/radiation ❌ Uncontrolled diabetes ❌ Using Accutane •Please get a doctors clearance if any of the following apply: ❌ History of keloids of hypertrophic scarring ❌ Chemotherapy/radiation in the last year ❌ Any other viral infections, diseases or medical concerns ❌ Thyroid disorders (can cause poor pigmentation) •Before your appointment, please be sure not to: ❌ Have any Botox or fillers one month before or after your appointment ❌ Use strong chemical peels or facial products containing retinol ❌ Take any blood thinning medications (ex. Aspirin, ibuprofen, warfarin) no less than 72 hours before appointment. Unless prescribed by a doctor. ❌ Wax, thread or tweeze your brows ❌ Have any irritation, bumps, or sunburn on your brow area ❌ STOP all alcohol and caffeine consumption 72 hours before your appointment ❌ Do intense workouts 24 hours before your appointment •DAY OF INSTRUCTIONS: ✅ Come with clean skin, free of makeup and skincare products ✅ Eat a good meal beforehand ✅ Stay Hydrated and get enough rest *While every effort is made to determine if you are a good candidate for permanent brows, results vary and no guarantee can be made about how your skin will respond to treatment.
